About Eagle Hills

If you’re looking to enjoy some of the best Christmas light displays in Brea, California, the neighborhood of Eagle Hills is the place to go. This community is known for its festive spirit and is close to many stores, restaurants, recreation, and services. There are no Mello Roos or Home Owners Association fees for this real estate.

During the holidays, Eagle Hills features decorations, lights, live nativity scenes, horse-drawn carriages, and live music. Residents come together as a community to enjoy fire pits in the driveways, warm beverages, and conversation. Primrose Street is the center of the activity and sometimes the best part of the tour.

Eagle Hills is served by highly ranked schools like Olinda Elementary School, Brea Junior High School, and Brea Canyon High School. There are also several private schools including Carbon Canyon Christian School, St. Angela Merici Elementary School, and Brea United Methodist Preschool. Nearby higher education facilities include: California State University, Fullerton; Golden Gate Baptist Seminary; and Hope International University.

Eagle Hills is next to the Brea Sports Park which offers walking trails, playgrounds, and ball fields. The Carbon Canyon Regional Park features 124 acres for hiking, picnicking, and sports. The shopping district of Brea Downtown has charming outdoor cafes, boutiques, popular restaurants, and entertaining plazas.

The City of Brea is known for its extensive art program that was created in 1975. Its main economic boon was once crude oil and then citrus production. Today it is an important retail center because of the mall and downtown shops.
